- The upgrading process creates an entirely new item, so you will lose any existing infusions on the original, non-attuned gear. Any pieces with selectable stats will also be reset and allow stats to be chosen again.
- The text of the Agonized Essence item, and the Agony Channeler mastery track provide brief in-game instructions regarding attuned rings.
